Emoji/icons are used on the knowledge base homepage to spruce up the look of the collection listing. On the AssistFlare documentation homepage, you can see an example of emojis being used to convey what a particular collection is about:

Adding an emoji/icon to your collection
To add an emoji or an icon to your collection, from the main collection list:
- Click on the default icon
- Choose an emoji from the
Emojis
tab, a Notion built-in icon from theIcons
tab or you can upload your own icon from the Custom tab
