AssistFlare article feedback analytics is an invaluable tool to help you understand how your articles are performing. At the end of each article on your knowledge base, there is a feedback widget which allows readers to rate the article using one of the following options:
- Negative - 😔
- Neutral - 😐
- Positive - 🤩
Once a visitor rates an article, this is recorded and displayed on your dashboard for that article. From the dashboard you can see the number of negative/neutral/positive votes an article has received and you can take action based on the feedback obtained!
