Reordering sub collections

Make your titles short and descriptive

Sub collection are listed on your knowledge base in the same order that they appear on the collection page, top to bottom. To reorder a sub collection within a root collection page, in Notion:
  • Hover over the overall sub collection block.
  • Drag the dotted button which appears next to the sub collection block on hover.
  • Drop the sub collection into the desired location on the collection page.
