Adding a new article

Adding a new article to an existing sub collection within your knowledge base is easy. From the sub collection table/database in Notion, you will find the + New button at the bottom.

Simply click on the button to add a new blank article to that sub collection. Enter the name of the articles and its description and you are good to go for adding the article content.

Removing an article

Removing an article from a sub collection is equally as easy as adding one.

Hover on the article line you want to remove from the sub collection articles list.

Check the checkbox which appears next to the article line.

Click on the delete icon which appears at the top of the sub collection table.
