Learn about how to publish articles publicly and how to keep other in draft mode

AssistFlare gives you the ability to write articles without publishing those on the knowledge base if you want to keep them in draft mode.

In your sub collection article list, we have a predefined property called Published which when checked will publish the article and make it publicly available to anyone visiting the knowledge base. If you keep the Published property unchecked, then the article will not appear on your knowledge base.
