Find out how to tag articles as suggested for resurfacing those to knowledge base visitors

AssistFlare provides a way to resurface specific articles to your knowledge base visitors by tagging them as “suggested”. When tagged as suggested the articles show up on the homepage below the list of collections as shown below:
Tagging an article as suggested
To tag an article as suggested, go to your sub collection in Notion where your article resides. For the property “Suggested” for that article, make sure the checkbox is checked. That’s it.
