Learn on how to create your account on AssistFlare

You can create an account on AssistFlare using one of the two methods provided:
- Google Sign in
- Email + Password
Google Sign-in
if you have a Google account and would like to sign in to AssistFlare using your Google account, you can go to the AssistFlare login page and click on
Sign in with Google to automatically create your AssistFlare account with your Google account information.
Sign in with GoogleOnce you click on the above button, the page will redirect to the Google Sign in authorization page where you need to allow AssistFlare to use your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account to create the AssistFlare account.
Once signed in you will be redirected to the new knowledge base onboarding flow.
Email + Password
To create an account using an email + password combination. You need to navigate to the AssistFlare sign up page. If you are on the login page, you can click on
Create account to do so:

To sign up using an email address and a password, enter your email address and a password of minimum 8 characters on the Sign up form. Once done click on the
Sign up button.
Email Address Verification
Once you click on Sign up, you will receive a message notifying you that an email has been sent to verify your email address.
Please open your email provider inbox and open the verification email sent by AssistFlare.

It is possible that the email lands in your spam folder - please check the spam folder as well!
The email sent by AssistFlare to verify your email address should look like this:
Click on
Verify Email from the email to verify your email address. This should open up a page which will verify your email address and finally redirect you to the login page once successfully verified.
The verification link is valid for
1 hour. If the link has expired, you will have the possibility to resend a new verification email from the email verification page as shown below:
If the verification code is invalid, you will be presented with an error message saying so:
