Updating knowledge base logo

Find out how to change the logo of your knowledge base

AssistFlare allows you to provide your own logo for your knowledge base. You can upload a logo in the PNG or JPEG format with a maximum size of 5MB.
AssistFlare also allows you to upload different logos for light mode and dark mode themes:

If not dark mode logo is provided, the light mode logo is used as dark mode logo as well. To upload your logos, from your knowledge base dashboard:
  1. Navigate to the Look & Feel link under the Settings section from the left navigation menu.
  1. Expand the Logo section if not already expanded.
  1. Click on Upload logo for dark background and Upload logo for light background to choose your logo file and upload for dark mode and light mode respectively.
  1. The newly uploaded logo will display on the preview of your knowledge base on the right side.
  1. The logo will also appear as a preview on hovering on the 👁 which appears on the upload buttons.
  1. Click on Save Customizations to save your changes.
